Since I will be in Flushing, Mi and the top rated restaurant is Beale st's.
Do they have a house bbq sauce?
And will Wayne still show me his inside smoker when I make my way down there?

Come on in Derek!
We have 3 sauces - Sweet, Bold & Spicy and House. Our "house" is the most popular, but I like Bold the best myself. No vinegar based, no mustard base and no Texas stuff - The street called "Beale St." is Memphis and we try to be as close to that style as we can get.
Let us know when your coming by and either Kim or I will try to be there to show the smoker.
We're leaving for Kansas City next Wednesday and will be gone for a week.

We'll be in Kansas City on Oct 1 but stop in and get a bottle of Bold & Spicy to go for competition! I think there about 5 bucks (seems like I should know exactly but pricing isn't my department  )

Thank you Wayne,
We will most likely pick up all 3 flavors and see which ones will work the best.
Good luck in October 1st.
