Just wanted to say Hi..Im located in Flint..After a 11 year journey with my Brinkman moke & Grill (Yes moke, as there was never a S and I got it N.I.B) :D.. and only used for smoking turkeys, I figured time for a change,(ok, kid borrowed it,and I know how that turns out) so now I am the proud owner,builder of a UDS that is doing a fine job on briskets, butts, and fatties.. Thanks spydermike72 for showing me to this site..SMOKE ON
