Our new Q Joint

Well, after many months of researching, planning, organizing, and implememting our ideas, my wife, daughtes and I will be opening our new BBQ Joint up tomorrow (Friday) at 11:00 am. Long story short, we purchased the business from some great people, moved it about six miles to a different location, re-modeled the new place, got the ok from the health department yesterday, and after cooking all day today, will be ready to open tomorrow. We were fortunate enough to have the prior owners spend a lot of time with us training and learning how they ran the business, so it has been a great transition. I owe an awful lot to them for their generosity and their desire to see us succeed with this venture. We are taking over a great business with some big shoes to fill.

The web site has not been updated yet with the new location, but will hopefully get it done in the next week or so. I've got some before, during and after remodeling pics I'll try to add over the weekend if time permits.

I've had some BBQ there before when sometimes our Deputies are on their way back from transporting prisoners to prison they'll stop in and bring some back. I'll make it a point to stop and meet up with you. Best of luck..............
