Removed the point from the flat of a high heat brisket i just did.

Cubed into 1" chunks and dusted with RSS BBQ rub....

Smoked over Mesquite for 3 hrs at about 250ish, reapplying another dusting of rub about half way thru. Finished with Heads Red BBQ sauce till all gooey!
