Pork and seafood burgers :)

Burgers tonight for dinner.

Simple beef & pork & crawfish mixture for the burgers.

Recipe.

Ingredients.

1.1 and a half pounds of ground pork.
2.1 pounds of ground chuck.
3.2 cup of "cooked" craw fish.
4.2 eggs.
5.6 ritz crackers crumbled up well.

Step 1. Mix well in a bowl.
Step 2. Make into round balls.
Step 3. flatten out with a spatcula. Or your palm.
Step 4. Put on grill .
Step 5. Serve And eat.
