Ok I know I am late, but here they are nonetheless.

For the 4th I decided to smoke a meatloaf and a small chub of bologna. Here is the bologna all ready for the smoker:

Now for the Meatloaf, I took an idea that I read somewhere, I ground up 2 packages of bacon and mixed it in with the meatloaf. Here are the 2 loafs ready to go on the smoker:

Of course the neighbor asked me to make him 2 fatties so I stuffed them with some onions and cheese.

The meatloaf really absorbs the smoke. It was good but I may go lighter on the smoke the next time. The bologna is just the opposite, it was very good nonetheless... I will be doing more in the future for sure...

Looks great!

I have never done a fattie or a meatloaf before, so I will definitely put these two on the list to be smoked.

What internal temp do you bring the bologna too?

Since it is already ready to eat, all you really need to do is warm it up... I did therma pen it and it was 140 when I checked it...
