Chicken Salad PopOvers!

Here's a play on the PopOver craze :)


I hope you all enjoy it, I will post the recipe for the Chicken Salad and the popovers soon!

The popovers, I didn't fill them to the exact 2/3thrds of the way full.

Them PO's look good. Alot like the Yorkshire Pudding I make along with a nice Rib Roast at Christmas. Then fill them with a nice horseradish sauce to serve with the roast beast.

Here's the recipe for the Popovers.
PRE HEAT oven to 425*F



Ingredient list.
4.0 oz Veggie oil.
4.0 oz Shifted All Purpose Flour.
Salt 1/8th of a teaspoon.
Whole Milk 1 cup.
butter 1.5 oz melted.
1/8th teaspoon of Paprika.

Step1, Mix shifted flour, Paprika, salt. in a large bowl.

Step2, Mix 4 eggs, milk, melted butter in another medium sized bowl.

Step3, Combine both bowls, Mix well.

Step4, Get a big one to two gallon ziplock baggie, Pour mixed mixture into the baggie. Seal. Set aside.

Step 5, Get ramikins or cup cakes tins, Oil each tin.
Step 6, Put the tin in the oven until the oil smoke slightly.
Step 7 Take out of the oven let cool a minute.
Step 8, Take the mix, cut a tiny hole in the end of the baggie.
Step 9, Fill each cup cake tin with 2/3rds of the mixture.
Step 10, Put back in oven cook 20 minutes.
Step 11. After the 20 minute time goes off reduce the temp to 325*f and let cook for another 10 minutes.

Take out after 10 minutes, let cool, and serve!

Why wasn't I alerted to popover craze. I miss all the good stuff, since I work second shift.:D

Specially pizza. However in the culinary arts program I will do a lot of baking, Who knows Maybe I am the next Duff, Buddy Guy in the making.

Me neither. First time I've heard the mention of a popover in, well, a couple of years.
